INROADS is North America’s premier organization for the professional development and preparation of talented minority students. Partnerships with more than 900 national and international companies have provided close to 10,000 INROADS graduates with the professional skills they need to excel. INROADS alumni are represented in leadership positions in numerous sectors of corporate America, as well as in the nonprofit, legal and medical fields.

Since 1970, the INROADS formula for success has allowed students to tap into their potential and realize their dreams. The two to five years of training, coaching and experience created for interns are a result of the collaborative efforts of INROADS and leaders in business and industry.
